Karim Manjra
My passion for helping teams find the organisational ‘peace’ to outperform started slowly brewing at Procter & Gamble. I was frequently tasked with leading large teams that initially suffer from inefficient information flow, sloppy coordination, high turnover. I started rolling deep in behavioural psychology(1). Learn by the book and by doing. Rince and repeat to see my teams grow performant, fulfilled and robust.
It’s until 2010 that I decided that this is what I want to do as a full time job. I left Procter & Gamble to start Knowledge Miles, a consulting company that helps growing teams overcome the organisational chaos.
Ever since, I was fortunate to drive the organisational development for FGD (among top FMCG companies in Morocco with around 1’000 employees), Kaizen (office fitting), PSI (American NGO), Tunisian company Argania (setting-up the P&G distribution business), BIC Morocco (opening of the Moroccan subsidiary)…

My Learning Path :
I discovered my passion for Human behavior when I joined the corporate world, I then further explored the subject through various coaching certifications from institutes based in Belgium, Canada, and France. And I have been fully into E-learning to develop my skills in Photography and Music production that I’ve learnt by doing.
